Get clarity when you're not ready for ongoing coaching

  • Aren't ready for ongoing support

  • Feel stuck despite constant effort

  • Want a clear, personalized direction

This is a one-time consult designed to give you clarity. We use lab data and your health history to understand what may be contributing to weight loss resistance and create a clear, actionable protocol.

Here's what you get:

  • Review of eligible functional labs

  • In-depth consult (60-90 minutes)

  • Personalized protocol and next steps

  • Guidance on what to focus on and what to stop overthinking

  • Option to upgrade to 1:1 coaching if desired
